We built Citationly to answer one question honestly: when buyers ask ChatGPT about your category, what does it say?
Why we built it
Buyers now ask AI before they search. We wanted to know what it tells them, and found tools that showed scores nobody could check. So we built the opposite: every number in a Citationly report opens to the answers it came from.
Who we are
Citationly is built in Nagpur, India by a team that runs AI data projects for a living, so we care about where every number comes from.
How we work
- We read only your public website. We need no login and no data from you.
- We record every answer, word for word, and keep it, so every number can be checked later.
- We say what we searched, not more. If you weren’t named, we say “not named in any of these answers”.
- We tell you which model answered and whether web search was on. Today that’s ChatGPT only.
